Screw Odds, I’m Buying All the Tickets!!!

Is It Possible to Purchase Every Possible Combination?

If you were a billionaire and money was of no issue, what prevents you from purchasing every possible lottery combination for the Mega Millions? More to the point, IS IT EVEN POSSIBLE to purchase every single combination possible?

The Backstory

On February 25th, 1992, the odds of winning the $27million Virginia Lottery was 1 in 7 million. An Australian investor syndicate purchased approximately 5 million lottery tickets (time prevented them from purchasing the entire 7 million different combinations) —and they won the jackpot.

Because of this rare situation, Virginia officials were worried about another instance of a group spending millions to purchase as many combinations as their money could afford, the lottery officials debated to restrict the bulk sales of lottery tickets. At the public hearing, there was much criticism from the public. One person stated that people simply do not want to wait in line behind someone who has been there for days, just buying tickets.

When the hearing was concluded, then Governor L. Douglas Wilder stated that sales agents must take orders from individuals in line before completing orders from absentee buyers. The reasoning behind this recommendation was that the store who took the order for the Australian syndicate had to put an “out of order” sign on the lottery terminal while an employee printed thousands of tickets for the group.

The Logistics of Bulk Purchasing

Normally, when you purchase a lottery ticket, you have to fill out a scantron sheet. Now if you are an avid lottery player, you know that this can be a very time consuming task. So if you were able to afford to purchase a ticket for every combination (we will stick with the same example from above for posterity), it would take an incredibly long time to fill out 7 million scantrons—much less how much time it would take for a lottery terminal to print them all out.

So, how were the Australians able to get around having to fill out those pesky scantrons? They paid multiple retailers to sell the blocks of lottery tickets in bulk. This resulted in at least one store closing down its lottery terminal. Even by circumventing the need for the scantrons to be filled out, the group was only able to purchase 5 million of the combinations.

Let us not forget that the large lotteries, like Powerball or Mega Millions, also take place twice a week. So you have a very limited time frame in which you can purchase those tickets. As you can imagine, with such time constraints, it adds another layer of difficulty to the scheme.

What if You Do Win?

Now, what would happen if you DID win after spending $5 million on tickets? Well, other than having 4,999,999 losing lottery tickets that you have to sift through to find the winner and what you will have to do to dispose of all those losing tickets. Of course, you would win the jackpot ($27million in the Australian’s case) minus the $5million you invested. Hey, you have to spend money to make money, right?

But… what about those instances when there is more than one winner? Not only would the jackpot be decreased because you have to split the winnings with other winner(s), but you are also out that initial $5 million! Now THAT does not sound appealing in the least. With that possibility in mind, it makes you wonder why anyone would even think about purchasing every known combination for a particular lottery. That is just ridiculous! Not only do you have time and money to contend with, you also have the possibility of other winners taking a slice of the pie.

Now I invite all of you to discuss this article on LottoExposed Forums.

Smart Lottery Wheel – The First Look Impression

So I clicked on the site’s URL and was busy reading celebrity gossip on a second page and suddenly I had sort of a cardiac arrest. You see, it’s never good, and I mean never good to post videos that play automatically without you clicking the play button. It’s like those next door neighbors who don’t take a second to give their ‘sometime unwanted’ opinions and suggestions even when you haven’t respectfully requested them. Now tell me you appreciate those kinds of neighbors and I swear we’re not hanging out. Like ever.

So I had like a million tabs opened and as understood I had a hard time getting to the right tab to mute the guy. You might be thinking why I freaked out so much… yeah? Well, it so happens that I was reading about some celebrity plastic surgery and for a moment there I thought about what I would do if I had the opportunity to ‘plastify’ (new word! I own copyrights!) myself and then suddenly I heard, “I need to ask you a potentially lifesaving question!” at first I thought I was scammed, maybe hacked too. Then it started making sense… but he was too loud.

Smart Lottery Wheel – Helps You Win BIG (In Your Dreams)

Alright, so I freaked out, but that’s not the point of this article, the point of this article is to decipher what this system is all about. So when I scrolled down a tiny bit, I saw the phrase, “Become a Guaranteed Winner” – yeah right. Thank you for giving us the hint (that you’re just another scam) early on in the site! Apart from that, they also claim that, “Lottery Players love This Software – Lottery Officials HATE It Learn What the Hype is About Below” – yeah they hate is because you smell fishy, that’s why. And I guarantee no real human lottery player has “loved” your software. So all you have to do really is to stop buying yourself and your friend a couple rounds of beer worth $5.50 and invest that money into what they call the “smartest” lottery tool ever created. Of course they don’t mention that it’s a rip off and that it’s not worth it, but hey its business and for all we know, everything’s fair in scam and business!

What Really Is the Smart Lottery Wheel?

As I mentioned, you get to try it out for $5.50 and if you’re not satisfied, no you don’t get your money back, all you have to do is forget about it, but if surprisingly enough (and if you’re on Smart Lottery Wheel’s payroll) if it worked for you, then you have to be paying $49.99 EVERY MONTH to keep your subscription alive. Yep, a nice and solid $49.99. Here’s what I read that gave me the hibbie jibbies, “We want to help EVERYONE win the lottery. We could easily charge $100, $200, or more per month for this software, but we are giving everyone a chance to try this for only $5.50.” kind of makes me want to think why they won’t allow people to use it free for a short period of time. Why charge close to $6 for it for trial? It’s simple – they know it won’t really guarantee results so hey, why not rip consumers off to start with?

Does the Smart Lottery Wheel Really Work?

Well, “Smart Lottery Wheel was developed by lottery experts who have information and experience nobody else has.” But who these experts are, they didn’t care to reveal. How much information they know, we don’t know. And then they said, “We’ve seen it all. We know what works and what doesn’t. And we have a wealth of experience when it comes to creating software that can pick winning numbers. This tool uses precise mathematical formulas, statistics, probability, and trends based on real life results. We’ve tested this software against live results from lotteries all over the world.” You tested with live results? That’s amazing; can you give us a link to verify? *yawn* In short, nope, it doesn’t work.

Is There Anything Different About the Smart Lottery Wheel?

Much like any business, you have those few scapegoats who can’t wait to have their pictures online, so they love to be part of a venture because once their face is online, BOOM they’re famous. Now it’s unlikely that these people really even tried using the Smart Lottery Wheel, but nothing beats being a celebrity! Is there anything different about the Smart Lottery Wheel? Yeah, they claim they’re different and they took a step further by stating, “Look, I’m sure you’ve bought other lottery software in the past but have been disappointed. And honestly, I’m not surprised. All other software’s out there use out-dated data and old algorithms.” LOL, just LOL. If you can’t beat competition, b*tch about them instead!

My Thoughts about the Smart Lottery Wheel

Here are the questions I asked myself to come to a conclusion:

1. Have they disclosed anything at all about the experts behind this software? NO.
2. Have they disclosed how much their so-called experts have won using this software? NO.
3. Have they provided any proof, apart from their fake claims, that their software works? NO.
4. Is it free? NO.
5. If I developed lottery software that guarantees to make me rich, would I share it? HELL NO!
6. Do I have money to test products I think smell scam? NO Thank you!

Who the Hell Will Buy This???

When it comes to winning the lottery, sometimes it seems like people will spend their money on just about anything. Some people spend their money on expensive houses and cars, trips and giving it away to charity. Then, of course, you have the dark side where people waste their money on drugs, prostitutes, liquor, and other seedy things.

When I was asked what I wouldn’t buy if I won the lottery, instantly my mind went to things that I wouldn’t buy now—like drugs, a huge mansion (I like my comfortable abode and would feel so lost in a huge house), or an expensive luxury car (because who really needs a Lamborghini to drive around a small town?). So, I got to looking around the internet for some things that seem so out there, it is hard to believe that anyone would buy it.

Who Wants a Massive Gum Ball Machine? C’mon Guys, It’s Black Friday!

Now, I love chewing gum as much as the next person. I especially adored the brightly colored balls as a kid. However, I have never once wanted a gumball machine. As an adult, I know now that the gum gets stale, hard, and has absolutely no flavor. So even if I still loved gumballs, I would never spend $3,500 on one. Not to mention it would take forever to eat them all!

Meet Optimus Prime Statue!

There are a number of Optimus Prime statues that are available for sale on the internet. Some of them look like the toy while others look like they came straight out of the Transformers Movie! The one on the right is made of fiber reinforced plastics, steel core and sheet metal and will set you back 3m yen (or approximately $30,000 USD). The one on the right is made of used car parts and stainless steel. This one will set you back about $11,000.

Okay, How About Barbie?

Do not get me wrong, I loved Barbie as a child. I had a plethora of dolls and tons of accessories. I cannot think of any girl who did not want to be Barbie while growing up. With that said, I have never adored Barbie so much that I would want to go to Christie’s Auction House in NYC and bid between the estimated $300,000 to $500,000 for her. What makes her so special you ask? Well, she is not the special piece, but it is more about her necklace. The custom necklace Barbie is wearing was custom designed by Canturi Jewels, and features a one-carat pink diamond surrounded by smaller white diamonds.

Maybe Some Coffee?

If you have ever seen the movie Bucket List, you know that Jack Nicholson’s character loved Kopi Luwak, the world’s most expensive coffee that comes from Indonesia. What he (and many people) did not know was the coffee gets its distinct taste from the manner in which the coffee beans are harvested. Okay, I will not beat around the bush… The Kopi Luwak coffee is made from the poop of the Civet. The animal eats the coffee berries and then poops it out. Then it is harvested, and viola! You have an expensive coffee. So… Now that you know how it is made, do you want to pay $600 for a pound of squirrel poop?

Kopi Luwak coffee

…Staples?

Just when I thought I have seen it all, I am amazed by what is available on the Internet. Now, if I ever need a box of staples, I will just go to the Dollar Store and pick up a box. You cannot go wrong with a box of 500 staples for a dollar, especially when the paper and the staples will just be thrown away at one point. Can you believe that oooms.nl offers 14 gold plated staples for $175? That is $12.50 per staple!! Hell, I could get 87,500 Dollar Store staples for that price!

Crystal Ergoripado Vacuum. Could You Resist?

Now, I cannot think of anyone who actually enjoys doing household chores and I definitely would not spend $18,993 on a damn vacuum! This vacuum is covered in 3,730 Swarovski crystals, is battery operated and bagless. It is one of a kind, which is cool, I guess because I cannot picture too many of these bad boys sucking up cookie crumbs and dog hair.

Who Is Agentlotto.com?

Our team sat down the other day and talked about our minimum requirements in choosing an online lottery service provider. It was excellent timing. We were about to review agentlotto.com and very quickly we were all shaking our heads. Do you want to know why?

The Games at Agentlotto

Lotto Agent offers ten games: US Powerball, Mega Millions, SuperLottoPlus and Lotto Texas, Spain’s La Primitiva and El Gordo, Europe’s EuroJackpot and EuroMillions, Italy’s SuperEnalotto and UK Lotto. Players can use their favorite numbers or click on Easy Pick (randomly generated numbers). Different lotteries involve different minimum line requirements. There are no syndicates. That’s all fairly straightforward. Then we started getting to the “what the heck” areas.

Buy 1 Ticket, Get One Free

There is a box claiming a “buy 1 ticket, get one free” but there is no information on their site and clicking there simply jumps to playing lotteries. Moving around their site, there were enough indications of why not to play here so we were certainly not going to register to simply find out when this little teaser kicks in. Strike One!

It Gets Better – NOT

I’m still trying to get my head around this statement. “LA (meaning Lotto Agent) may change the price on tickets not yet purchase by the User without prior notice”. Can anyone make sense out of that one? Strike Two! The other issue is they will give no refunds. Any deposit made to their website is non-refundable. You can only withdraw money from wins.

Lotto Agent and Winning

Usually – yup, they use that word – “usually your winnings are deposited into your personal account within 3 hours” after a draw. Jackpot winners are notified so they can get the ticket to collect their winnings personally. They say there are no commissions or fees deducted from winning, but – yes the big but – there is commission deducted when winnings are transferred to the card you choose. I’m sorry, but 5% for Mastercard has factored in some form of commission.

Who Are They?

Who exactly Agentlotto.com is – might be the million dollar question. There is no information on their site, excluding the fact that Lotto Agent is an independent company and not affiliated with any lotteries. There is no snail mail address. Calling their UK phone number, the answering machine simply says “the person you are calling is unavailable”. There is no mention of the company and asks you to leave a message. Ditto with the “online chat” though this just kicks to an online form. The website does not provide any ownership details. Yup – Strike Three – You’re Out!

Agentlotto.com Complaints

The folks at Lotto Agent picked their name well or they haven’t been in business very long. We all went through pages and pages of various combinations as well their web address to see what we could find. That includes a heap of sites that use the title “Lotto Agent” with different internet addresses. Hours later, we gave up. There weren’t even any registration details on the company itself.

Lotto Agent and the Bottom Line

Not a chance folks! There is way too much information missing and what is there isn’t terms that we’d recommend playing any of the lotteries offered.

Pros:

pros You’re Kidding Right

Cons:

cons Who Are They?
cons Bonus When?
cons But It’s My Money!!!

Our team gives agentlotto.com a thumbs down – that’s a definitely thumbs down. There are certain things that we need to be able to give thumbs up and the minimum is who and where they are!

US Powerball VS Mega Millions! LottoExposed’s Vote Goes To…

$
0
0

Make Your Bets, Ladies and Gentlemen!

Many people have asked which of the biggest lotteries is better, Powerball or the Mega Millions. Each lottery has their own fan base, and some of them get downright vicious if you try to talk badly about their beloved lottery! Well, we are here to set things straight, once and for all.

The Players

In this corner, we have the Mega Millions. This state run lottery promises players the chance to win jackpots that start at $12 million and continues to grow bi-weekly until there is a winner. This lightweight champion first made its big splash on the lotto scene in 1996 and has gained traction since then. You can see this hotshot makes an appearance on the television twice a week (Tuesday and Friday night) at 23:00 CET. The highest recorded jackpot that was won was for $656 million back in 2012.

In the opposing corner, we have the Powerball. This heavy weight champion, whose jackpots start at $40 million, has been making waves since 1992 and is managed by the Multi-State Lottery Association—a non-profit, government-benefit association. If you fancy a game with a larger stature, you can always catch this attractive prize twice a week (Wednesday and Saturday) at 10:59 PM Eastern time. Because the jackpot continues to roll over until it has been won, the prizes can get high pretty quickly! The highest jackpot was for $578 million back in 2012.

The Stats

In the minds of many lottery players, these two games are more or less the same. You choose numbers for the chance to win a lot of money. Yes, both games do require you to select numbers and yes, you do have the opportunity to win a large (LARGE) sum of money. That does not mean they are equal. Here is how they compare to one another.

Game Features Mega Millions Powerball
Minimum Bet: $1 $2
Jackpot Odds: 258,890,850 175,223,511
Match 5 of 5: 3,904,701 5,006,387
Match 4 of 5 + Bonus: 689,065 ($10K) 648,946 ($10K)
Match 4 of 5: 15,313 ($150) 18,543 ($100)
Match 3 of 5 + Bonus: 13,781 ($150) 12,245 ($100)

Just by looking at this, you see that the Mega Millions has the lower ticket price. Who in their right mind would pay an extra dollar? Well, that extra dollar could very well be worth it if you happen to hit that jackpot, especially since the odds of winning the Powerball is 83,667,339 points lower than the Mega Millions. That is a huge difference!

The Taxes

Like all good players, you will have to pay your dues. Unfortunately, there is no clear-cut tax that you have to pay, unless you live outside of the US and you play overseas. The taxes that you will have to pay as a US citizen depends on the state that you live in. For example, if you live in Arkansas, you will have to pay a 7% state tax on all lottery winnings. However, if you live in Delaware, you do not have to pay any taxes on lottery prizes. There are a number of states that do not require you to pay taxes on lottery winnings, however the majority does. If you live in New York or Washington DC, you have the highest state taxes on lottery winnings—8.82% and 8.5% respectively. Wow!

Now, if you live outside of the country and win one of these jackpots, you will have to pay a flat 30% tax on your winnings. I know… That’s a big chunk of change being taken out of your winnings!

And the Winner Is…

While both are lucrative in their own right, the winner of this battle, based on stats alone would be the MEGA MILLIONS. Sure, the chances of winning the jackpot as much higher than the Powerball, but with the Mega Millions, your chances of winning the smaller prizes are much more. While you may not win millions upon millions, it is always nice to win something, right? Plus the fact that it is a dollar cheaper than the Powerball gives you the chance to slap down a few extra bucks for tickets!

LottoExposed Replies Your Questions

There have been several queries from our members on the LottoExposed forums asking for reputable lottery agents that accept PayPal as the choice payment option. This is an excellent question because many online lottery agents do not accept PayPal as a payment source—strangely enough. After doing a little bit of digging, I believe I can answer the question on everyone’s mind: “Where can I pay with PayPal?”

The Lottery Agents

It saddens me to say that, although PayPal is accepted virtually everywhere, it is not accepted by many lottery agents. With all of my searching, I have very few agents that accept PayPal, and two of those agents are questionable.

First, let me get the bad news out of the way…

PayPal Dislikes the Lottery/USA

Because there are so many lottery agents that do not accept PayPal as a payment option, I figured I had to take a look at PayPal’s site and see what is up with the terms of services. According to the site under Prohibited Activities, part 6:

“Involve gambling, gaming and/or any other activity with an entry fee and a prize, including, but not limited to casino games, sports betting, horse or greyhound racing, lottery tickets, other ventures that facilitate gambling, games of skill (whether or not it is legally defined as a lottery) and sweepstakes unless the operator has obtained prior approval from PayPal and the operator and customers are located exclusively in jurisdictions where such activities are permitted by law.”

So technically, no lottery site should be able to accept PayPal as a payment source, right? Well, if you live outside of the United States, you can use PayPal as a payment source. Unfortunately, for the US citizens who want to use their PayPal accounts to play, we cannot. Part of this may be because PayPal is not part of the American online gambling industry and because of this, any transactions that they process with any lottery agencies could be a legal disaster, especially since the company is based out of San Jose, California and they have to adhere to the strict gambling regulations.

The only way the following lottery sites are allowed to use PayPal as a payment option is be making the option unavailable to Americans.

There is some good news though! PayPal is looking to become a part of the US online gambling industry, and if that does happen, it will open up a lot more ways to for us Americans to play the lottery.

Now on to the good news:

Play Lottery via PayPal on OzLotteries

OzLotteries operates out of Australia since 1994 and accept players’ worldwide. They hold their drawings every Tuesday and the average price for a ticket is AU$1.00. The minimum jackpot is AUD$2 million and it continues to grow until the jackpot is won.

Unfortunately, you can only use PayPal here if you are an Australian resident. In addition, you can only have one PayPal account per OzLotteries account. This means you cannot use different PayPal accounts to fund one OzLotteries account. To protect against fraud, members who use PayPal to deposit money into their account, they must withdraw the same amount (as they have deposited) via PayPal until they can use other withdrawal methods. For example, if you deposit $20, your first withdrawal must be $20 via PayPal.

Play Lottery via PayPal on LotterBall

LotterBall is a free lottery service and the trademarked name is property of calottery.com. There is not much information on this particular company, although we were able to a review on the group. The games the company offers include the US Powerball, Mega Millions, SuperLotto Plus, Fantasy 5, Daily 3 and Daily 4. They offer their services for a flat rate, plus the value of each ticket. You can use PayPal, Visa, and MasterCard to pay for your tickets; however, should you win anything, you will have to travel out to California to receive your winnings. This could be a problem if you are an international player.

Play Lottery via PayPal on SocialLottoPool

Social Lotto Pool is based in Northern Virginia and is created from an idea of creating the largest lottery pool ever. In theory, but being a part of a massive lottery pool, you are increasing your odds of winning the lottery by playing collectively. The founders of Social Lotto Pool stated they founded their service when the Power Ball reached the record jackpot high. They stated that they would rather see 500 people win $1million rather than 1 person win $500million.

In order to participate in the pool, you choose your membership plan and then purchase your tickets. You do have the option of choosing tickets at every drawing or you can choose the monthly renewal option and you will be automatically entered in the lotto.

Now here is where I am a little skeptical. How can a company in Virginia use PayPal as a payment source if it is illegal for PayPal, a US based company, to process transactions used for gambling? That alone sounds shady to me… Their FAQ seems rather cut and paste, just to make it sound legit.

Play Lottery via PayPal on MyLottoAgent

My Lotto Agent is based out of the UK and… Honestly, there is not a whole lot of information about them. We here at LottoExposed have not done a review on the site, so we cannot say for sure if the site is legitimate or not. But… Apparently you can play the UK lottery and EuroMillions through the site and pay via PayPal. The Terms and Conditions of the site make no mention of PayPal, nor is there a FAQ page.

This is one site I would stay away from, simply because there is no information about it.

Lottoplace Exposed — A New Lottery Agent in Beta Mode!

Lottoplace.com – Will be Live in a Bit…

Launching an online lottery service, companies have to understand that players want to be confident that they are playing at a site that is trustworthy. Opening the website lottoplace.com, the first thing that catches your attention is the “Beta”. Less than a week ago, it was “Demo Mode – We will be live in a bit…”! Come on folks – launching a beta site where people can purchase tickets is just weird. Well, we think players can play already. No one on our team was willing to give a go. Let me explain.

Games at Lottoplace

Lottoplace.com is set up as a website where players can play six lotteries from around the world: US Powerball & Mega Millions, EuroMillions & EuroJackpot, Spain’s El Gordo & Italy’s SuperEnaLotto. Ticket lines can be purchased in single or multiple draws. The more the draws purchased the greater the discount offered. That part’s pretty straight forward. After picking your ticket lines, the system takes a player into registration.

Lotto Place and the Promotions

Bonuses and other promotions are great, but these folks have gotten a little carried away. Lotto Place “Frequent Purchase Points” (FPPs) are earned on tickets purchased and they say that FPPs can be exchanged for more tickets or cashed. User Class/VIP Level gives players “special treatment and privileges”. First time players are advised that the “Welcome Bonus” changes regularly, but “is very generous”. “Free line” and “Multi-Draw Discount” are based on the more you play, the more you get free or discounted. “Coupons”, “Vouchers” and “Refer a Friend” provide a variety of discounts and bonus grants. But – yet the big but – there is no further information on when which promotion kicks in.

Who Can Play at LottoPlace?

The only information on who can play is the fact you are a non-resident of the United States. What is really hilarious in their Terms and Conditions is the paragraph below that statement goes on about the fact the company is under “no obligation to maintain User names or passwords”.

Lottoplace.com – Who Are They?

It does get even better. It’s one more website powered by Lottotech. In Lotto Place’s “About” they go on and on about how trustworthy they are and they are here to help you live your dream. That’s about half the “About” us with the rest about their affiliate programs. The company that owns them is called Dreams Pay Ltd. out of Bulgaria.

Customer Service

They do offer a snail mail address – yes in Bulgaria – online form and email address. There is a little window that pops up that suggests they have live chat, but it defaults with an online form. In checking out customer complaints, it’s not surprising they don’t exist as this is a new site.

The Bottom Line

Folks – are you serious? Less than a week ago, they had that big orange sticker. They still have the word “Beta” linked to their logo at the top of the page. When it comes to playing lotteries through an online provider, it’s the details that count! Our team certainly would not recommend sending Lotto Place your personal and credit card details.

Pros:

pros Good Question

Cons:

cons Beta Mode
cons Promotions Details
cons Are they really live?

The team at Lotto Exposed started wondering if this was a fabulous scam simply to see how many people would go ahead and put their info in! If and when Lottoplace.com lifts their “Beta” status, maybe we’ll take another look. The bottom line is there are a lot of great online lottery providers out there. It is all in the details!

The Dangers Of Swimming With White Label Industries In The Sea Of Lottery – All That Glitters Is Not Gold!

Stuff You Should Know about the White Label Industries

Now before we ride to take a closer look at the white label industry sharks like Lottotech, LottoYard, Lottonetix and Kootac, I wanted to first clarify a few things, just to get your thinking cap rolling, because it’s important that you see them the way I see them – the way a common lottery player sees them. We all know the dangers of Ebola, right? If you’ve got Ebola, you have to literally travel the world to seek the right cure, correct? “Wait, what? What’s Ebola got to do with this?” I’m coming to it. I took a very long time to come up with the thought! When someone has Ebola, they suddenly start appreciating things around them because they don’t know how long they will last. It’s the fact.

Coming to my point now, a big medical company creates a cure – a cure they know will cure Ebola – what will you do? Seek it no matter what, correct? Now that big medical company has all the resources, all the manpower, the necessary tools, simply put, everything they need to create multiple doses of the cure. Then comes White Label Industry. According to Wikipedia,

“A white-label product or service is a product or service produced by one company (the producer) that other companies (the marketers) rebrand to make it appear as if they had made it.”

This means that the big medical company, instead of selling their product straight to the consumer, start selling to other companies (also known as B2B, or Business to Business) and then these companies can rebrand them to make it appear as their own!

Now here are the questions to the companies who buy them:

1. Do they know the specifications of the cure? Who it will suit, who it will kill?
2. Do they know the dosages? How much is too much or too little and when to take them?
3. Do they know how to not let it expire by keeping it safe from external conditions?
4. Do they have exactly the same manpower, the same resources as the product company?
5. Will they guarantee that it will work if purchased from them?
6. Do they buy the rights or just work as affiliates to support the main product company?
7. Why should we buy it from them and not from the main product company?
8. Do they have any knowledge about the ingredients in the cure and can they multiply it?
9. To increase their sales, how will they be selling the cure to the consumers?
10. How do we know that they are not playing around with specifications?

Now, assuming you understand where I’m going with this, you will know that it’s dangerous to buy products from a company who has just rebranded another company’s product to appear as their own. We’re not even sure if they have any idea AT ALL about the chemicals in those products and whether they’re dangerous or not! That’s just an example there, mate. Let’s now look at the following to get a better idea of where this is going.

The Health of an Avid Lottery Player

The example of Ebola was just to tell you how complicated the life of an avid lottery player is. This life is becoming increasingly depressing thanks to the White Label Industries in the world of lottery. How can you be sure that these companies have a love for the lotto? They might just be doing it for the sake of business – feeding upon the lives and investments of avid lottery players. For example, a person who sells cigarettes doesn’t necessarily smoke them, and he probably knows nothing about them, but he continues to sell them despite knowing the dangers. Why? Because of the number of smokers around – like fruit flies on an exposed watermelon! He doesn’t care for your health, he cares for his business!

The Lottery and the White Label Industry Virus

There are some sites which are reputable, where you can join as an affiliate and that makes sense to me. It’s better to be an affiliate of a parent company than branding their product as your own because who knows what’s in them?! Now there are a few companies that have recently emerged in the world of lottery that are now offering anyone with a small business (ANYONE! It could even be that weird shopkeeper, your local rude veggie vendor, anyone! No matter what their qualification or love for the game, if any) to have his / her own lottery business. This is DANGEROUS.

Imagine a dentist, after having done your root canal, asks you to play the lottery on his site! Or your hair dresser asking you to bet on hers! Does it make any sense to you?! The world of lottery is huge and there are millions, probably billions of people who play the lottery on a frequent basis. We need to try and make sure that the world of lottery is free from depression, at least that’s the only place that most of us find peace! So next time you come across a, “Hey, let’s make a deal, you own a fantastic lottery business!” just give them a hi5 and walk away like there’s no tomorrow! Because at the end of the day, we don’t want to end up wondering whether we’re playing the lottery or being played with!

The Craziest Lottery Disputes — Greedy Winners Who Never Learned How to Share

$

If You Put In Some Money, You Got Some of the Candy

Do you remember all those times as a child your parents had to yell at you to share your toys with your siblings? Sure, we never really wanted to, but we had to because it was the right thing to do. Or, what about the time you and your friends pool your money together to get that bag of candy. Everyone understood that if you put in some money, you got some of the candy. It is just common decency and common sense.

Well, not everyone things that way it seems—especially when it comes to the lottery. There are hundreds of legal disputes of people who pool their money and purchase lottery tickets, and whoever goes out to buy said ticket refuses to share the winnings if the ticket is a winner. These are just a few of those disputes.

$2.5 Million Sick Pay

Some syndicate members

In 2011, Edward Hairston was out on sick leave for three months due to a back injury. Every month he and 22 fellow co-workers would pool their money to buy lottery tickets for the Mega Millions. During those three months Edward was out, he could not pitch in the monthly $5. Of course, as luck would have it, this would be when the group would win the lottery.

Edward sued his colleagues for his share of the winnings. He felt that he was entitled to some of the money because he had participated in the monthly draw every month for the past eight years. His co-workers said he was not entitled to a dime and the lawyer for the winners mentioned that two other employees who played in July but did not play in August had not sued. However, the group did have an unwritten policy that was in place for years that stated the other group members would cover for colleagues who were unable to make a monthly payment because of illness, vacation or other reasons.

Because of the dispute, the judged ordered that $2.8 million be set aside while the dispute was being settled. It is unclear if a decision has been made.

$7 Settlement Offered By Winners

Lawyers who represented seven members of a lottery pool offered to settle a lawsuit filed by a woman who claims she was cut out of her share of $16 million to the tune of $7. That is right, seven whole bucks.

Jeanette French, 72, claimed that she was a regular participant for nine years in a bi-weekly lottery pool with seven other friends. Because she had been part of the group for so long, she feels she is entitled to part of the winning. She claims that members customarily covered the $1 buy-in fee for those who were short on money or were not present when the money was collected. It just so happened this one day, Jeanette was not at work.

Jeanette told the court that she had spoken to a co-worker about wanting to be part of the December 15th drawing, even though she would not be there to put her $1 in, so the colleague said he would cover her.

The group elected to take the immediate lump-sum payout of the jackpot, $9,254,720. All the lawyers involved agreed to put Jeanette’s portion in a trust until the dispute has been resolved.

Sounding Off

Now, I could not find any follow up information on these two cases, but I surely hope these people got their share of the winnings. In my mind, if I am putting in my share of the pool every month for years (and covering for those who cannot put their share in), and the moment I am not able to put money in and we win… I had better get my share. If it is an unspoken, common practice to cover for those who are not able to pitch in, then damn straight I think those people should cough up the money. Greedy people suck.

What do you think? Should Edward and Jeanette have gotten their share of the winnings? Sound off!

Mylottoagent Exposed — This Is Not My Lotto Agent!

Mylottoagent.com is not My Lotto Agent

It’s hard not to chuckle looking at the site mylottoagent.com (aka MLA) and the lack of information provided. This is an online lottery service provider that lets players access two lotteries. That’s right folks – two lotteries. I wonder how many players they actually have as at the top of their site they have 0 “Likes” and 0 “Tweets”. It’s obviously a new site, but at the very least, I would suggest making sure the Facebook page is alive and the staff like it – or maybe they don’t. Let’s go take a look!

Games at Mylottoagent

If you are only interested in playing the UK Lottery and EuroMillions, I still wouldn’t play here. My Lotto Agent offers some sort of sign up bonuses and special offers but the only way to find out about them is to actually sign up. They also point out that sign up bonuses and special offers are limited to one per household. It started the team wondering what exactly do they mean by special offers. We asked the question by email and so far don’t have any answers!

Mylottoagent.com and Customer Service

That’s one of the other frustrating things about this site. There is only one way to contact MLA – by email. There are no phone numbers, no addresses and no live chat. There is also no information on who they are except a disclaimer that they are no way a part of Camelot PLC. (the guys that run the UK National Lottery and EuroMillions in the UK). Their “About Us” is simply a sales pitch on their benefits which simply says you can play these two lotteries from anywhere in the world and win.

MLA and Winning

But don’t expect to take all your winnings to the bank. My Lotto Agent takes 10% on all winnings plus they will pay only 30 working days after they receive the money. You don’t get to collect that big jackpot yourself – they do. They also mention something that I can’t get my head around (and the team isn’t sure either) – “less any interest which may have accrued thereon”. What interest? One suggestion was MLA puts it in a term deposit for thirty days and they are making it understood it’s their money and won’t be paid to the winner.

Terms & Conditions

The Terms & Conditions at MLA don’t add confidence for the players. MLA says they can change these from time to time and that it’s up to the player to review these changes. Does that mean going in to the site regularly and checking to see if there are changes? Their latest news certainly doesn’t include any announcements or information that is useful – more sales pitches!

The Bottom Line at Mylottoagent.com

They say their site is designed to be simple and easy to use, but they’ve taken it too far. There is too much information missing for players to play confidently. I mean, would you provide your credit card and personal details to someone that is only contactable by email!

Pros:

pros None

Cons:

cons 10% Commission
cons Who are They?
cons Where are They?
cons Only Two Lotteries

This online lottery provider gets a definite thumbs down. Besides the issues with their site, access to only two lotteries is definitely not somewhere our team will play.

Living in the Lap of Luxury: 5 Most Expensive Homes for Potential Lottery Winners

If Money Were No Issue…

While most of us common folk live in regular houses that are just right for our families; however, there are some homes are massive and insanely expensive. If money were no issue and you actually wanted to spend your money on a new home, here are five of our top picks for luxury homes for the insanely rich.

5. The Penthouse, One Hyde Park, London

The Penthouse, One Hyde Park, London

When you think of expensive homes, you probably picture sprawling estates that stand on acres of land. That is not the case with this penthouse apartment in London. The home is only 1,500 square meter (16,146 square foot) home is the most expensive home in the world, per square foot. The apartment overlooks Hyde Park and features six bedrooms. When the home was purchased in 2011 by Ukrainian billionaire, Rinat Akhemtov, the value of the penthouse was $247.7million.

4. #6 Palace Green, Kensington Palace Gardens, London

Palace Green, Kensington Palace Gardens, London

Once owned by the Billionaire Steel Tycoon, Lakshmi Mittal, originally purchased this home for $176.55million from an American financier, Noam Gottesman. The home boasts 12 bedrooms and covers over 14,736 square feet. It is one of the world’s most expensive homes. Among the features of the home, an entire wing has been turned into a “dressing wing” for the woman of the house. The home is currently on the market for a whopping $222million.

3. Fairfield, Sagaponack, New York

Fairfield, Sagaponack, New York

Owned by billionaire, Ira Rennert, the Fairfield estate is one of the most expensive (and extravagant) real estate properties in the USA. Named after the nearby pond, Fairfield Pond, the home faces the Atlantic Ocean and sits on 63 acres of land. The buildings (yes, there is more than one structure that makes up this home!) total over 110,000 square feet—the main house is 66,000 square feet alone! The home features 29 bedrooms, 39 bathrooms, a dozen chimneys and a Mediterranean-style tile roof. The formal dining room stretches 91 feet (imagine the crazy parties you could have here!). For recreation, the home has a basketball court, bowling alley, two tennis courts, and two squash courts. Needless to say, this $248million home may be very well be worth every penny.

2. Villa Leopolda, French Riviera

Villa Leopolda, French Riviera

The Villa Leopolda, located in the French Riviera, is Europe’s most expensive house that can be purchased. The home was once owned by Microsoft tycoon, Bill Gates, it is now home to Mikhail Prokhorov, the owner of the Brooklyn Nets. The home sits on 10 acres of beautifully landscaped land, which require a team of 50 expert gardeners to maintain. At the time of purchase in 2008, the home was worth $750million.

Villa Leopolda

1. Antilia, Mumbai, India

Antilia, Mumbai, India

When you look at the skyline in Mumbai, India, you will see an incredible 27-floor tower. This is not an office building or an apartment complex; it is one single home. Built by Mukesh Ambani, an Indian billionaire. Ambani spent 5% of his fortune to build the house. What could possibly be on those 27 floors? Well, six floors are used just to house 168 cars, 600 people are employed to keep the home running on a day-to-day basis, 9 elevators, 3 helicopter pads, and a “health level”. Sorry to say folks, if you wanted to buy this place with your lotto winnings, you had better think again. The construction costs for this home tops out at $1billion!

‘Be A Lottery Winner’ Product Claims Are About To Be Interrogated! And We Start Live In 3, 2, and 1! #Booyah!

‘Be A Lottery Winner’ is not Santa

Yes of course, only if it were so easy, mate. By the way, creative title or slogan or whatever it is, really I can’t be bothered. But it does manage to capture attention, you know, like if you read a sign that says ‘Be the next best bachelor’ or ‘Be the next Miss Universe’ it does capture attention and of course it’s way better than the random and painfully boring, “Do you want to be a lottery winner?” it’s like asking a question for whose answer you already know! Like, hell yes I want to be a lottery winner, what kind of question is that? It’s like asking a guy, who has walked half the Sahara desert, if he wants some cold water.

If that guy had a gun, you might be dead for asking that question. Anyway, that’s not the point of this article. What I’m about to do will help you keep your eyes peeled for any such products that guarantee things that just cannot be – like wishing for the real Santa Clause to appear for Christmas – it’s okay to tell the children that Santa will be visiting, and you can then ask someone to be Santa for the day, but deep inside you know it’s all made up – it’s not true. I’m hoping you get the point. You are not children, and ‘Be A Lottery Winner’ is not Santa!

Be A Lottery Winner – What it’s all about

The homepage is a big block of text, so naturally I had a tough time combing through it to get to the gist of the whole program. So this program is developed by a person named Eric, who claims to be a mathematician currently living in England. Here’s a paragraph from his website, you will note that apart from the claims, it’s also grammatically very, very incorrect.

“Hello, my name is Eric, I am a mathematician, I lived in Atlanta, Georgia for 12 years, I live in Worcester, England now. I have designed a program to help you win Pick 3 and Pick 4 lotto! and improve your chance to win the lottery It has already benefited countless people and if you try my system you will be surprised how easy it is to win because I do not guess the numbers I give you the drawn numbers either in the correct order or box order every time they are drawn in the amount of numbers you choose.”

That’s two sentences right there! I dare you to read without taking a breath!

Alright, so how does it really work? “My system is simple I give you the drawn numbers either in box order or straight order before they are drawn if no number is drawn twice” and how much does he charge? ‘Only’ $10.99. Now my big question to Eric, don’t you love yourself? Why would you give away your precious ‘lottery winning’ strategy and not use it yourself to be rich? It always surprises me, you know how people just want to ‘give back to the community’ without even being part of it. “Yeah, I’d love to give back to the golf clubs, have you ever played golf? No, I don’t even know what golf is, but I’d love to give back to them.” LOL

And what are the chances of winning Pick 3 and Pick 4 lotto? A staggering 85%! That’s what he says here, “Every Game of Chance is pure mathematics; that’s why permutations will increase your chance of winning Pick 3, plus Pick 4, Pick 5, 6/49 lottery, PowerBall and the Mega the games by 85%.” But then the paragraph above says, “I guarantee if the 3 numbers drawn are in the 8 numbers you choose, you must win the Pick 3 lotto. The 3 numbers will be either in box order or the correct order when you win.” Then below he blew it by stating, “The formula I use gives you a 100% guarantee that if the 3 numbers are drawn in the amount of numbers you choose, they will be together.” So really the guy has clearly no idea what he wants to convey and the sales pitch is just not up to mark.

Be a Lottery Winner Products – Spoof Of the Dummies Guide

Did you notice or am I the only one who thinks that his products resemble the dummies guide books?! So clearly he thinks we’re dummies! So the ‘buy now’ page has tons of ‘Be A Lottery Winner’ products ranging from $2.99 to $25.99.

My 2 Cents

Please move on. Think about this for a minute. If you had a magic portion that you could drink to transform yourself into a beauty queen or a handsome hunk for life, what would you do? Like practically? Share that magic ever young pill with others for a fee or keep it to yourself to remain young forever? Duh, these lottery software developers really make me wonder what they think we are. Thank goodness we’re not so dumb! So people, move on!

Betting versus Tickets at Playlottery.com

Our team had quite a discussion today on the concept of whether we like online lottery service providers who actually purchase tickets versus those that simply operate a betting service based on the results of lotteries. Playlottery.com is such a site. They do not purchase tickets “in your name or on your behalf”. They run a betting service where players bet on the numbers they think will win. Playlottery.com is actually betting you won’t get the winning numbers! So, how does this work?

Games at PlayLottery.com

PlayLottery lets players bet on the results of nine lotteries: EuroMillions & EuroJackpot, US Powerball & Mega Millions, UK Lotto, Italy’s SuperEnalotto, Irish Lotto and German 6Aus49. Their Jackpot Power Play is a three lottery combo syndicate. All lotteries are available in both single ticket purchases and in syndicates. Their syndicates are capped with specific shares which is good. Keep in mind, you are not purchasing tickets but placing bets on the outcome of each lottery. They pay out all published tiers.

PlayLottery and How It Works

With tickets purchased, the lottery service provider has a place to go get the winnings. Part of what a player pays is for this service – the actual someone who goes and buys the ticket(s). But there are no tickets purchased here! Usually, an online lottery service provider takes out insurance to cover any larger wins and publishes this information on their web site – somewhere! There is no information on the playlottery.com site. They must have some huge bank roll behind them to ensure they could meet a mega jackpot win!

Who Is PlayLottery.com?

PlayLottery started life as BigFatLottos and is owned by a company called Annexio Limited out of the Isle of Man. Annexio is licensed out of the Isle of Man Gambling Commission and for UK Customers, the UK Gambling Commission. There is no question these guys are legit, but do they offer a game that we want to play. Our original review gave them a qualified thumbs up, but – yes the big but – that was before we got a better handle on the concept of betting versus actually purchasing tickets.

Customer Service and Play Lottery

To get in touch with Annexio Limited aka PlayLottery, they offer a snail mail address (Isle of Man), telephone numbers and an email address. There is no live chat and they are only available GMT business hours, closed Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Given that a heap of the draws players can bet on occur on Saturday, this really isn’t good. I mean would you give your credit card to a system with no recourse, nobody to talk to until Monday!

Hang On

Oh – and don’t put too much in your account! They will not refund any fees (money in your account). Players can only withdraw winnings from PlayLottery. There is a bit in the terms and conditions on closing your account ‘in accordance’ with a bunch of other terms and conditions.

The Bottom Line

Winning whether betting or buying tickets is still winning – I guess. Me, I like the concept of knowing I’ve actually got the ticket even if it’s not in my hot little hands. At the very least, I would want some sort of information on how the online lottery provider was going to come up with the cash.

Pros:

pros Clear Syndicates
pros Big Mega Jackpots

Cons:

cons Betting versus Tickets
cons Whose Money?
cons Only Business Hours GMT

Our qualified thumbs up have now been declared by the team a thumbs down. There are a lot of sites that might not get as much in their own pocket, but I know that my ticket is for real and it wins – will cash out!

The Top 5 Alternatives to Being a Scam Lottery Provider! If You Lack These, Chances Are you’re A Scammer!

Don’t Be a Scam Lottery Provider

Are you a lottery provider? If so, you know very well how important the game of lottery is for avid lottery players. You might be a genuine lottery provider, with pure intentions, but if you lack certain things you can be termed as a scam lottery provider. I know, it’s not your fault, there are a lot of scammers in the world of lottery, all ready to squeeze a lottery player’s savings out, and so it’s easy to call a provider a scammer. If you are genuine and you really do have lottery players’ interest at heart, then these are some things you need to keep in mind:

#1 Introduce Yourself Genuinely

Let’s assume that you went to a party where everyone is talking and you see a person standing in a corner looking at other people like he wasn’t invited. You go towards him and you want to know what’s up with him, but he only tells you that his name is Mr X and that a lot of people know him. When asked who knows you he says they’re anonymous. What’s your first impression? “What a creep”. Now if this person tells you to do business with him, what would you do? I would walk away, before he even finishes his proposal. Lesson learned? Always introduce yourself clearly and in detail. You should be transparent because if you want people to do business with you, they have to be able to trust you.

#2 Be Backed By People

Let’s take a trip to a dentist’s office, shall we? Now you see a beautiful office, a qualified looking dentist, but no certificates, no reviews. You want to treat an aching tooth, but you have no idea whether this dentist is real or not. Would this bother you? Of course it will, so assuming you ask how many years of experience he has, you hear him say, “I’ve been doing this for some years now, I’ve been calculating the parameters, doing all the calculations. I know exactly where to drill.” Um… what would your first thought be? Mine would be to run away because I certainly don’t want to be the scapegoat! Lesson? Always be backed by people and make sure that what you claim is true. There should be some group of people who know that you are a genuine person and that what you claim to provide as a lottery provider is not a scam.

#3 If You Live On Earth, Be Reachable

Let’s assume that you want to buy a house, and you’ve located a dealer just by visiting their office. Of course an average person will look for recommendations, experience, legality, etc., but let’s think that we went with our gut feeling and decided to give this dealer a try. Now the deal has been finalized, you have paid the money and are awaiting your paperwork, but when you call the dealer, he isn’t responding! If you don’t want to be termed as a scam lottery provider, tell people how they can contact you and be reachable. It’s one thing to give them a number, but it’s a whole different thing to be available on that number. This is just an example, but let’s face it; it is an important one that can make or break your business as a genuine lottery provider.

#4 Ensure Your Backups Are Genuine

This is equally important, because just being backed up doesn’t make any sense if those backups are fake! Let’s take an example of the dealer we talked about earlier. When asked how many people he’s dealt with, he claims that he was responsible for one of the biggest sale of the year, stating that it was all over the newspapers and that Mr So & So was quite happy that he gave him a bonus. He even made it to the newspaper highlights. So this is true, you think and you go online to see if it’s real. But unfortunately that Mr So & So doesn’t even exist! There’s no newspaper that highlights anything and that’s that. As a lottery provider, if you have testimonials, make sure they’re from real people because others will check this before doing business with you.

#5 Prove Your Claims Don’t Build Castles In The Air!

Probably one of the most important things to consider as a genuine lottery provider is to PROVE your claims. There are many lottery providers who claim that playing on their site can be lucky as there are tons and tons of people who have won. Okay, taken it for granted, but why should I believe you? So make sure that all your claims are proven, because without proof they’re worthless. Imagine that you’ve gone to a dress designer and you want a certain dress exactly how it looks. You’re definitely going to ask them all your questions, but all of this won’t make sense until the dress designer actually shows you his previous work, right? That would solve all your concerns. Same way, a lottery provider must back his claims with proof if he wants to avoid being called a scam lottery provider.

Genuine vs. Scam Lottery Provider

Scam lottery providers are sometimes cheap whereas genuine ones are slightly expensive because they know what they provide is genuine. Don’t be a scam lottery provider, because people will lose hope in living the life of their dreams, be a genuine one because bringing a smile on people’s faces is a gem.

Let’s continue our discussion here: Top 5 Alternatives to Being a Scam Lottery Provider.

Europeanlottery.net Versus ILS

Europeanlottery.net is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the different lottery sites that International Lottery Subscriptions (ILS) offers. ILS packages different lotteries under their own individual site address. That means Europeanlottery.net is the site for playing EuroMillions – and only EuroMillions. Want to know more? Let’s look.

The Game at Europeanlottery.net

This is an online lottery service provider that offers one lottery – EuroMillions. Well, that is what we first thought. Click on “play now” and not only does the game boards for purchasing EuroMillions come up, but there is an add-on bit of info asking if you want to play US Mega Millions. This includes an update on what the mega jackpot is worth for the next draw. Remember to ‘unclick’ the little box if you are not interested! Europeanlottery.net does not offer syndicates, but do offer subscriptions (multiple draw purchases).

ILS and Winning

Europeanlottery.net says that 100% of any prize are all yours. They say that the charge per ticket includes all processing costs and fees for transferring your winnings and they will do this in any currency you choose. What makes me a little twitchy is the fact there is no mention of taxes. Okay – EuroMillions paid out in Ireland is tax free, but what about tickets purchased in Spain? What about winning US Mega Millions where federal tax is definitely applicable though state tax might not depending on where the ticket(s) were purchased.

Terms & Conditions

The terms and conditions at Europeanlottery.net is pretty straight forward and they don’t mess around with long, rambling dictionaries on what each of the terms legally means. The funny thing is, it is so straightforward I got the feeling I was missing something. ILS mirrors the terms and conditions on all their sites, including australianlottery.net, irishlotto.net and what appears to be their parent site ilslotto.net – there are more but we’ll stop here. What did drive me nuts on their multiple sites is the little “El Gordo” reminder that continually popped up! I already have my tickets – thank you!

Who is Europeanlottery?

This site is owned by International Lottery Subscriptions which is based in Dublin, Ireland. They have a snail mail address, online form, email address and phone number. There is no answering machine on their phone number which isn’t really professional. How hard is it to have a machine at the very least confirming who they are and when their office hours are. Their live chat when not online opens a message support that is actually ilslotto.net and not europeanlottery.net. Maybe that’s the telephone message answer – with so many sites all linking back to this customer service number, which one would they say they are?

The Bottom Line

If you simply want to play EuroMillions just don’t forget to uncheck the little box that automatically also adds US Mega Millions. If you want to play Mega Millions, I would suggest going elsewhere or at the very least, ILS’s parent site where you can actually choose your tickets.

Pros:

pros Simple T&C
pros No Fees/Commissions on Winning
pros Straightforward

Cons:

cons Only One Lottery
cons Only Business Hours Customer Service
cons Taxes?

Europeanlottery.net doesn’t get a thumbs up or thumbs down. There is nothing that indicates it is suspicious, but – yes the but – why anyone would play on a single lottery site is beyond me.

Aggressive Marketing and Scare Tactics: The Lottery Way

Are You Tired of Nasty Phone Calls?

“I was just charged instantly over $250 when only trying to purchase a $30 ticket.”

“Tonight I received a call from them saying you are a new player and we give you a discount. You should transfer $160 from your credit card to your account so we can buy you tickets for big jackpot draws. I refused, then they take $500 from my credit card and stopped my $90 cash out, luckily called the bank stopped that $500 and lost $100.”

“I had a HORRIBLE experience. They tried to use my credit card to buy their tickets – Euro-49.”

As we read the comments on reviews of some lotto agents, the LottoExposed team was amazed by the horrible experiences that were reported on. Many of you mentioned the harassing calls from the customer service team, illegal and unauthorized charges to your credit cards, and the aggressive cold calling tactics that use psychological mind games to pressure you into a sale.

No one should have to deal with that kind of harassment. In addition, while you may think that there is nothing that you can do to avoid these people, you would be wrong. In fact, you can treat these lottery agents the same way you treat telemarketers.

Aggressive Cold Calling

No one likes being called at 8 am with a call from a telemarketer. Most people ignore these calls, but when you receive a call day after day from the same number, it wears you down. One of the most important things that you can do is put your phone number (and cell phone number) on the Do Not Call list. When you are this list, the harassing phone calls should dwindle down to nothing; however, some companies will switch gears start calling from an unlisted number. It is sneaky and underhanded, yes, we know…

If this starts, unfortunately, you may have to start screening your calls. It is not something anyone should have to do, but until they take you out of their call rotation, it is a necessity.

Unauthorized Charges

For any company to continually make unauthorized charges to your credit card is not only wrong ethically, but legally also. One way you can protect yourself from this happening is by using a pre-pay credit card. These credit cards can be loaded with a particular amount of money and then be used like a regular credit card. Fill the card up with the exact amount of money for the intended purchase and use only that card. Yes, it may be a hassle, but when you are trying out a new lottery agent, that extra hassle can save you hundreds. Of course, when you fully trust that website and you have had nothing but positive experiences with them, you can put more money onto the card if you wanted to.

Some people who have encountered these sorts of problems have gone so far as changing their phone number and cancelling their credit cards. The easiest way to even prevent having to do any of this is by reading the ToS thoroughly on the lottery website before signing up for anything. Do some research on the agent, by reading reviews written by people who have used the site. Visit LottoExposed’s Forums. After you’ve been well informed should you consider the agent.

Let’s Talk Syndicates at WinMoreLotto

Most people agree that there are more chances to win in a syndicate. WinMoreLotto is a lottery provider that only offers syndicates. They do this for individual lotteries and combos. You’d think this would make WinMoreLotto a good place to play – not! Let’s look at why.

Syndicates

Before we go any further, for the newbies, a syndicate is a group of people that put their tickets together in a pool and whatever is won is shared. One of the important things of playing in a syndicate is understanding how many people are actually playing in that group. The ratio of tickets to people is also important, I mean the whole idea is to increase your odds of winning by having ownership of more tickets without putting in more money.

Syndicates and Win More Lotto

Popping around WinMoreLotto.com’s site, the first thing we noticed was the challenge of getting to the bottom of how many people actually are involved in each of the syndicates. They throw comments out like increase your shares, but then do not post how many total shares are in the actual syndicate.

WinMoreLotto.com and US Powerball

Let’s look at US Powerball. The minimum buy into the syndicate for is 2 draws for 20 lines. That’s at a cost of US$ 18.65. But – yes the big but – they do not say how many shares they sell on this. Players can buy up to ten shares for any of their syndicates. Remember, I am not a mathematician, but even I can work out the money these guys are raking in if there is no limit to the shares within a syndicate. The whole point is to limit the shares to the number of members.

Winning at WinMoreLotto

Prizes under £600 are paid direct to your bank account “as soon as the funds are available”. There is no indication on how long this will take. Bigger prizes are either picked up for you and transferred to your account, or they arrange for you to get your ticket to make the claim. Keep in mind, the ticket belongs to the syndicate and most likely the Syndicate Manager is the lottery so why are they even discussing this. Okay – they say no fees are charged, but I wonder how many shares WinMoreLotto keeps for them in any major win.

Reliable Syndicates

If you want to be a part of the reliable syndicate and boost your odds of winning, join Wintrillions!

Customer Service

Talking to customer service through their live chat – yup, they have it – I kept getting the same rhetoric over and over again on the increase in odds in playing this way and a bunch of other nonsense on mixing up shares, tickets and members. In fairness, at least they do have live chat and it seems to be active 24/7. There is also an online form and a snail mail address in Cyprus. After some significant digging we were also able to confirm a telephone number.

Who Is WinMoreLotto

This is a company registered out of Limassol, Cyprus where a whole stack of online lottery providers operate. Their trade name is Eudoxus Limited. What is interesting is the amount of companies internationally that have used this name. Eudoxus of Cnidus was a Greek mathematician and astronomer who studied under Plato. What’s this mean for any investigation was there were pages and pages of information on the person and various companies that have incorporated the name.

The Bottom Line at WinMoreLotto

Personally, I like syndicates. Many in our team play in several but it is important to be very clear what you as a player is putting in and what you are getting. This is definitely not the place to play.

Pros:

pros Lots of Syndicates
pros Lots of Combos
pros Live Chat

Cons:

cons How Many Shares
cons When Will They Pay

The team and I talked about it and sorry, these folks get a thumbs down. There is just too much yadda yadda, and not enough clear facts on what we’d be buying into.

Beat Lottery Exposed – Beat The Odds, Win The Lottery Software. Is It What Is Claimed To Be?

Reviewing Beat Lottery

One of our community members asked to review the Beat Lottery. Okay, no problem! When you visit their site, it’s like a site made for children with all the cartoons and stuff and on that they have mentioned,

“We Generate winning lottery combinations To Improve Your Odds To Win The Jackpot!” and on the other site they’ve mentioned, “Play lottery the smart way and win more frequently than the odds would normally allow! We Generate the most often winning lottery combinations which will increase your chances to win the jackpot significantly.”

Alright, so from the looks of it, I can assume that these guys are astrologers, they know how to tweak destiny and that they’re first-class horoscope readers and they know the futures of anyone who plays with them. Kudos. But here’s the real question.

Can Anyone Improve Odds For You?

When someone says that they can improve odds for you, what does it mean to you? They’re horoscope readers, probably and they know how to do things. But do you know how long it takes to learn astrology? According to an astrologer, it has taken him 36 years to learn and he is still learning! Now this, my friend, is astrology without the use technology. Now we might assume that technology can speed things up, but it still cannot work like a human brain. It’s impossible. There’s a certain thing between learning from a computer and learning from a human. When a human tells you that there are chances, you tend to believe more than when you hear a computer telling you that (remember, you have won scams?) same thing. At least you can beat up a person trying to scam you, what are you going to do to a computer?! So let me tell you this one thing: no one and nothing can ever, never, improve your odds no matter what they say, what they claim. If it is not backed it is NOT true.

What Beat Lottery Is All About

Okay, Beat Lottery claims to do a lot of things. Here’s straight from their websites, they provide the

“best performing winning combinations ever, best possible predictions of lottery numbers, complete draws history for all lottery games, high-probability winning combinations generator, lottery games and syndicates management, most extensive statistics, jackpots alerts, winning notifications and much more!”

Let’s dissect now.

Best Performing Winning Combinations Ever

Okay, this really isn’t a big deal because even if they provide the combinations, it’s not like picking them will help you win. There are 49 numbers and you have to pick the right 6, this software gives you a list of winning combinations, but do the numbers really care? Literally all the numbers have the same odds of being picked. So this doesn’t make sense.

Best Possible Predictions of Lottery Numbers

Did you note the word “possible”? When it comes to the possibilities there are only two sides, like two sides of a coin, you can’t have a best possible and the worst possible vs. the best impossible and the worst impossible. It’s either possible or it’s impossible. And when someone says, I’ll do my best, he says that because he isn’t sure whether to give a commitment or not. Let’s take an example of something you love doing, like eating a chocolate cake. When someone asks you, will you eat it, what would you say? I’ll do my best? Nope, you’d either say yes, I will or, no I won’t! So best possible predictions don’t exist.

How It Works

According to their site,

• Every registered user posts their predictions for the next lottery draw.
• One day before the draw we close the entries and create the final wisdom of crowds prediction using all posted predictions.
• We will reveal the final prediction 24h prior to the draw.
• And finally we’ll wait for the draw to find out the results.
• We will publish all successful individual predictions after each draw, so get in the charts now!
• And the very best at the end! Every winning prediction will be rewarded with our proven professionally generated winning lottery numbers based on their own choice and be able to join many successful winners playing our combinations!

How Much Does It Cost Though?

Not much really, the Basic plan is free in which you don’t get to:

• Check your profits and costs of playing your lottery numbers during a specified time period or whole draw history.
• Access to amazing high probability winning combinations generator.
• Discover what numbers are predicted most commonly and what are the results. See the best predictions before the draw takes place.
• Top winning combination sets
This isn’t much, but the Premium plan is $9.95/month or $95/year in which you don’t get to:
• Top winning combination sets

And the Ultimate plan (which they call the Best Value Plan) costs $24.95/month or $245/year in which you get everything above. LOL

My Conclusion

Does the site provide any proof? Yes, testimonials, but are they real? I don’t think so and you know why? Because the names aren’t full and they have no contact information. If I tell you that Peter from United Kingdom has given me a 5-star review, what would you think? Peter who? There are thousands and thousands of Peters in the United Kingdom, so who is it? Moreover, my question to these guys, why don’t you show us a live example of someone winning through your system before you come making claims like this? That’s one thing I don’t understand. If you claim that you can win, and you know that your program can help make millions, why in the world would you even sell it? This only means that the program is a prescription. You take it, whether it helps or not, is your business and in the end they’ll come up and say, “Hey we’re not Gods!”
